We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products, food, fresh produce, frozen foods, and perishable items are non-returnable once delivered, except in cases where:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (including food, fresh produce, frozen items)

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Personal care or hygiene products


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU consumer law, customers have the right to cancel or return non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

⚠️ This right does not apply to perishable food items once delivered, in accordance with EU regulations.


Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
